The polishing products of the Composite Slem line allow the rapid polishing of surfaces and the removal of dirt and small-depth scratches. They have exceptional cleaning, polishing and brightening powers, as well as giving uniformity to the treated surfaces with a protective effect against smog.

The tooling resins of the Composite Slem line have been developed for the rapid construction of the laminate, with results of excellent surface finishes and high dimensional stability of the molds. These resins harden very well at room temperature and are suitable for layering large surfaces and also for realizing moulds for the production of infusion products.

The barriecoat of the Composite Slem line is a syntactic foam based on vinylester resin and low density mineral fillers, specifically formulated to be applied as a first layer after the gelcoat and thus act as a barrier to marking caused by the fibres and cores reinforcing the composite laminate. It represents an effective partial or total alternative to the first layer of manual MAT (skincoat) with significant advantages in terms of laminate construction speed.

The tooling gelcoats of the Composite Slem line are particularly recommended for the realization of high-finish and long-lasting moulds. The whole range of gelcoats for moulds has excellent workability, important thermo-mechanical properties, excellent tixotropy and remarkable brilliance.

The polyester resin-based finishing high gloss paint of the Composite Slem line are used to obtain surfaces of exceptional brilliance. Specifically formulated for the spray finishing of plugs with a high level of brilliance and for the finishing of items made with carbon fiber.

The range of spray primers of the Composite Slem line allows to obtain the finishing of the plugs and the filling of surfaces, always guaranteeing high quality standards. Our spray primers are products with very low shrinkage, easy to sand and polish and with excellent adhesive performance on various substrates. Particularly suitable for direct application on all tooling pastes of the Composite Slem line, as well as being compatible with all clear coats.

The complete range of tooling pastes and specific putties of the Composite Slem line is used for the realization of plugs and direct moulds. The use of tooling pastes allows our customers to meet the needs of each construction project, plug or direct mould. The current range of tooling pastes is based on vinylester resins, polyester resins, polyester with low styrene content and polyester without styrene in order to be able to satisfy every technical and application need.

The complete range of bonding pastes for core materials of the Composite Slem line, guarantees an high structural strength thanks to the important mechanical, thermal and chemical properties of all bonding pastes. The construction of the sandwich is one of the most critical stages of molding and our range of bonding pastes for core materials, allows our customers to choose the suitable product for each type of bonding of core materials, satisfying each of the behavioral characteristics required to adhesive mastics.
