Vinylester bonding paste for lamination - rapid

Vinylester bonding paste reinforced with highly reactive glass microfibres with a fast gel time, characterized by remarkable thermal and mechanical properties other than excellent adhesion and flexibility Specifically formulated to assemble and repair moldings and fiberglass laminates, during the lamination phases for filling strips and joints thanks to its excellent adhesion to the substrate and its high mechanical and anti-osmosis properties. Contains viracolor.

SUPPORTS

Recommended: Fiberglass polyester and vinylester laminates.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Apply on well cleaned sanded surfaces; make sure that the substrate is free of dust, fibers, dirt and surface condensation. Carefully mix the vinylester bonding paste with 1,0 – 2,0% of liquid hardener (methylethyl ketone peroxide), bearing in mind that the amount required depends on the temperature of use and the processing times required. The recommended temperature range of use is between 12 and 30°C. It must be applied manually with a spatula. For quantities over 5 kg mixing with a stirrer is recommended; for 200 l drums the use of a pressing plate extruder-mixer guarantees the best mixing efficiency. In its original packaging, the product can be used for 6 months if stored indoor away from direct sunlight, at temperatures not exceeding 20°C.
