Adhesive bonding paste with microfibres based on unsaturated polyester resins, microspheres and light reinforcing fillers, characterized by a rapid gel time.
Used in the composite sector for filling the strips, smoothing the angles, for positioning bulkheads and gluing of inserts. The reinforcing microfibers, give this product high mechanical strength making it particularly suitable both for the radiusing and filling of corners and moldings, and immediately behind the gelcoat or the first MATs.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Apply on well sanded and cleaned surfaces; Make sure the substrate is free of dust, fibres, dirt and surface condensation. Carefully mix the mastic with 1,0 – 2,0% of liquid hardener (methylethyl ketone peroxide), bearing in mind that the amount of hardener required depends on the temperature of use and the processing times required. The recommended temperature range is between 16 and 28°C. The product contains viracolor. It must be applied manually with a spatula after careful mixing the hardener. For quantities over 5 kg mixing with a stirrer is recommended. In its original packaging, the product can be used for 6 months if stored indoor away from direct sunlight, at temperatures not exceeding 20°C. Some drift may occur in gel time.
