Vinylester putty for filling with microfibres

White vinylester putty reinforced with con glass microfibres.
Specifically formulated for bubbles, defect and seam filling and surface leveling.
It shows excellent vertical sealing behavior and limited shrinkage even on high thicknesses (up to 4 mm). Suitable for hulls and surfaces directly exposed to the external environment due to its superior performance in terms of thermal, mechanical and anti-osmosis resistance. After sanding it is recommended to smooth with SV70 or SV71 vinylester putty before the following cycles.
Contains Viracolor.
SUPPORTS
Recommended: fiberglass laminates, fillers and polyester and vinylester mastics.
GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Apply on well cleaned sanded surfaces; make sure the substrate is free of dust, fibers, dirt and surface condensation. Carefully mix the putty with 1,0 – 2,0% of liquid hardener (methylethyl ketone peroxide), bearing in mind that the quantity of required hardener, depends on the temperature of use and the processing times required. The recommended temperature range of use is between 12 and 30°C. It must be applied manually with a spatula. In its original packaging, the product can be used for 6 months if stored indoor away from direct sunlight, at temperatures not exceeding 20°C

RS2040
Prefilled tooling resin for mould HPH

RS2040 is a filled and pre-accelerated unsaturated polyester resin with low styrene content.
RS2040 has been designed for the rapid lamination with results of excellent surface finishes and high dimensional stability of the moulds. Thanks to its high wettability, RS2040 is formulated specifically for manual application or by roller-brush. RS2040 hardens very well at room temperature both with 1 layer of MAT and with 4 or more layers of MAT applied wet on wet. The RS2040 is particularly suitable for the production of large surfaces and also for the production of moulds used in infusion process: characterized by a low exothermic peak, a low volumetric, low linear shrinkage and an high tixotropy that allows to work quickly without dripping, and a low styrene content that allows to operate with low styrene emission, significantly improving the work environment and exposure of the operators.

Vinylester resin for skincoat rapid / slow

RV2015R is a pre-accelerated, thixotropic vinylester resin to be used as a thin layer, in the creation of the mould or other composite parts.
and heat resistance necessary for the realization of a durable mold that requires reduced maintenance, increase the resistance to breakage of the gelcoat caused by flexing and impact of the laminate, increase the resistance to osmosis, and allows to obtain composite parts with excellent hardness.
When high thermo-mechanical properties are required in the finished product, it can also be used as a resin in the entire lamination process.
GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
RV2015 can be applied by manual or spray lamination. Catalysis 1,0% – 2,0% of the total weight of the resin with CT21 hardener (Methylethylketone Peroxide / Butanox M50). The best results are obtained by working at temperatures between 18°C and 30°C and with a relative humidity rate between 40% and 90%. It is recommended to maintain constant application conditions in order to have constant viscosity and gel times. In its original packaging, the product can be used for 6 months if stored indoor away from direct sunlight, at temperatures not exceeding 20°C.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Ready to use product. If necessary, dilute with water or solvent (naphtha, petroleum). Thoroughly clean the surface to be treated and make sure it is free of grease and foreign substances. Spread the paste evenly over the entire surface, making sure the surface is cold.
Use with a polisher at a speed between 1000 – 1500 rpm and with special pads.
Avoid overheating the gelcoat by operating for too long on the same area. At the end of polishing, remove any paste residues with clean rags or pads. To obtain greater brilliance, complete the polishing with Polish L80. In its original packaging, the product can be used for 2 years if stored indoor away from direct sunlight and away from heat sources.
